This exciting main event featured Seth Rollins with the arm bar on Cody Rhodes early in the match. Rollins looks to gain control as he and his partner must defend their titles against the Rhodes two. Seth shows a lot fight and attempts to refuse to let Cody Rhodes pull him off the ring ropes and he rolls through with an attempted pin.
Cody dives through Rollins’s legs and makes the tag to Goldust. Goldust tries to catch Seth but he ends up getting a kick to the gut. Seth follows it up by going to the top rope and pulling off a perfect Goldust imitation. The two fight on the ouside of the match up as things begin to break down inside the ring. Cody Rhodes is going for cross-rhodes and get’s stopped by Dean Ambrose. Ambrose and Rollins proceed to beat up Cody in the ring as Goldust and Roman Reigns engage in a tug of war over a steel chair which Reigns doesn’t win. The entire Shield get’s chair shots but later Rollins fights back by tossing Cody into the ringside barricade. Just when the Shield seems to be triumphing the Big Show makes his entrance from the crowd and proceeds to deliver a knock out punch to Seth. Roman Reigns attempts to challenge the big man but when he ducks Cody roads he runs into a punch as well. Cody takes advantage and gets the win.
The Rhodes men end the Shield’s tag team reign just after Seth Rollins and Reigns broke the top five list of tag team title reigns. But you can bet that all this loss did was make the men angry.
