It is Holiday time and that means time again for the Slammy Awards Show! Seth is nominated for two early Slammy Awards and has a chance to win Superstar of the year with some help from Team Rollins and their nominations! Full awards info is below, as well as how to vote for Seth and the official rules to vote. Even though there is a lot of info please make sure you read it and the rules or else your vote may not count and we’d really love for Seth to win a ton of Slammy’s!

Voting is open for a list of awards that will be awarded prior to Raw on WWE.com & the during the Raw pre-show, and voting is open for Superstar of the Year (which can now be won by any superstar on the roster & the winner will be announced on Raw). As always fans will also be able to vote for a list of categories DURING Raw on the WWE app.

Seth’s Physical Therapy Routine Explained
WWE has posted a new video showing the beginning of Seth’s rehab. This one is similar to the “This Week in WWE” video but focuses specifically on Seth’s rehab and the steps he is taking to return to the ring. According to the video Seth rehabbed at the Champion Sports Medicine facility twice a day for a total of about 5 hours. Seth says for him the rehab is becoming tedious and he isn’t used to living a less active life. The exercises shown in the video are aimed towards improving range of motion in the injured knee, this is often done in the beginning through low impact exercises such as the balance board and exercise bike shown.
The physical therapist says that they expect Seth to make a full recovery and come back even better!

Rollins Speaks on His Injury
Seth Rollins’ WWE World Heavyweight Championship reign, which began with his historic Money in the Bank contract cash-in at WrestleMania 31 and has since been heralded as being among the most memorable in the modern era, came to a sudden halt when he was injured during WWE’s tour of Dublin, Ireland, this past week and was forced to vacate the title. WWE.com caught up with the former champion for an exclusive interview to see how he’s feeling just days after the injury, his thoughts on the future of the World Title at Survivor Series and how The Architect plans to rebuild.

WWE.COM: It has been a crazy few days for you; how are you feeling physically and emotionally?
SETH ROLLINS: You know, overall, I think I’m in a pretty good spot. Physically, my knee doesn’t hurt. Like, one thing people don’t understand, a common question is, “How much pain are you in?” The ligaments don’t have nerve endings, so, that’s a good thing and a bad thing, but I don’t feel any pain, it’s just a lot of instability in the knee capsule. So, I’m doing a lot of compression to kind of reduce the swelling and stuff like that. Emotionally … could be better. Obviously it’s a tough spot to be in. I’m mostly just looking forward to getting the surgery done and getting better every day.

In a very unfortunate turn of events we are sad to report that Seth suffered a severe injury during the first night of WWE’s European Tour (in Dublin, Ireland). Immediately after WWE & ESPN broke official word on Rollins’s status, Joey Styles posted a photo from WWE’s website of the title spot being vacant. WW.com confirmed that Seth has torn his right MCL & ACL, as well as the medial meniscus. He is expected to miss anywhere from 6-9 months of action in the ring.

Several fans posted photos & videos expression concern over the WWE Champion after a botched power-bomb caused Seth’s knee to buckle badly.

At this point WWE has said there will be a tournament held at Survivor Series to crown a new WWE Champion, however there are rumors that plans may change at this point as WWE creative are still re-writing plans for the next shows.
